Faults covered for twelve months
If a product stops working or arrives faulty within twelve months of delivery, we deal with it. This is fault cover only — it is separate from the returns window below, which is the one that applies if you simply change your mind.
Warranty terms - 02
Fourteen days to change your mind
Changed your mind? You have fourteen days from delivery — not twelve months. Send it back brand new, unused, complete and in its original packaging. Contact us first and we will give you the correct return address; please do not post anything back before you have it.

Standard UK delivery lands in five to seven working days, express in two to three, and tracking reaches you by email the moment your parcel ships.
